Examining the rising levels of self harm in the UK. Along the way meetin victims, hearing about what can lead someone to such a drastic action. And asking how parents can avoid it happening to their children.

Looks very interesting and good that they are approaching it on TV.

Obviously a trigger warning for watching it though.

I was gonna watch it on catch-up but I'd rather watch it while my parents are out, to save any awkwardness, so I'll watch it tonight

im watching it on iplayer because we're watching the mentalist at 9 on channel 5

I am gonna catch up on it but i can hear it, my mum is watching it in the kitchen but i don't wanna watch it with my parents. It sounds good though ......

^ Yeah, she was bulimic and self harmed.

I'm not sure I could be as comfortable with my scars as that woman if mine looked like that.
