oh my goodness, my godson calls his his dode, guess bit like doh-dee, just never heard anyone else call it that before.....sharing random info I know, but couldn't think of anything else at the time other than, these cookies are yummy, no takers? Thats ok, I'll eat them all, hahahaha!!!

I have found that my mouth kinda out grew binkis a little bit though :(

As children grow up...they lose the natural ability to suckle...thus why you cant breastfeed/use a bottle or dummy after a certain age...

What? I drink out of georges bottle if we're out and I'm thirsty, he's a lovely baby, often offers his bottle to random people. How come I can drink out of a bottle then?! Am I more of a freak than I first thought?! Have I found my party trick at last? lol

so... maybe i can practice? I have a water bottle that you tilt up and suck like a baby does a bottle... would that be practice? how can I practice for a binki?

This...erm....might kill the conversation....but my sister is a baby FANATIC (shes only 8) and I came into my room one day....to find my dog chewing on one!!!

amanda you want a binki cos you obv are going through something right now and you want to feel the soothing comfort that you remember getting from a pacifier when you were younger. Its ok to want one, I reckon its ok to have one if it helps to calm you and will prevent you from SH.
