chat log issues
 

Hey all

I recently bought a new laptop and since then i have been using IE and when i save a chat log it dissconnects me from chat.I have tried chat logs with firefox and it works completely different- you dont have to save the file to your computer and just comes up as a standard chat log.

Is this somegthing with everyone using IE or am i doing something wrong?

I can easily use firefox all the time but i felt it maybe was something people shouldl know about as i have lost a lot of important chat logs due to this.

oooo - actually you just made me realise that this happened to me too because I thought I would loose the chat log!

This is one of the things the chat comp[any are still looking into. So far they are pretty much yet to come up with any positive suggestions or helpful comments at all!

thanks harley. It didnt click until i realised that i didnt have firefox and couldnt save any logs.

lets hope they find a solution
