Care package is in place so yay!
But cpn has to call them for a start date so boo.
Hopefully they'll be able to start asap!

I am ok but already anxious. Just had tea with Dad and my sister, great way to start the day!

I am cross. My sister just spoke to her CC and it turns out her Crisis Plan is "call the police"

And it really doesn't help that she has PTSD from previous encounters with the police. CMHT suck.

Don't get me started on the CMHT! I wish they would focus on what people really need and how it differs from person to person.
