Jocelyn tried to make one ages ago with the slimming world recipe and it just tastes like egg. It's awful.

I made slimming world chocolate and apricot brownies and they were tasty!
And the cheesecake was nice too!
But yeah, its a bit hit and miss with the slimming world cake recipes!

My consultant has a bad habit of saying 'It tastes just like the real thing' and I'm like 'um, no it doesn't'. I've openly fought her on that statement a few times too lol

Mine is ironically cucumber (with salt) :P

I like cucumber in a sandwich with cream cheese but not so much just cucumber!
And idk why, but it seems like a 'summer' sandwich!

Maybe because it's quite light? I'm much more likely to crave cheese on toast in Winter!
