Are you aged 18-25?
Do you want to share your views and help to improve mental health services?

I'd like to invite you to take part in a really short online study which is aimed at finding out what type of help and support young people want when they are feeling down, stressed, angry or emotionally upset. This study is completely anonymous and we're interested in everyone's views, regardless of experiences.

This project is being supervised by Dr Barbara Mason from the University of Hertfordshire and has received ethical approval.
