Hi everyone,

It's been a really long time since I was last here. My name is Zach, I'm 24 and I live in the UK. I don't expect anyone to remember me so I'm hoping to start afresh.

I'm a bit of a hermit and I have Social Anxiety Disorder. I was housebound for a long time a few years ago and lost the few friends I had...I haven't really been able to make friends again since. But I am actually managing to work at the moment (even though most of the time I feel as though I'm going to die), which is something I never thought I'd be able to do.

I'm sort of recovering, sort of not. When I get very distressed it's safer for me to hurt myself rather than do something more drastic and irreversible.

I really hope I can get to know some of you :)
