Everyday is a constant battle
my thoughts can become dark and invasive there are times that I can distract from them use every resource that I have to fight them and not them overpower me Today has turned into a battle today is a battle that I will try to win but sometimes the battle just gets far to much |

I'm sorry if this is obvious, but are you referring to self harming, are you referring to bad thoughts, suicide, or are you referring to something else? Your post was vague, and maybe if you were more specific about what you were struggling with, we could offer some suggestions or advice?
