The Hero Brigade!

I know there's something a bit similar in the ED board (what have you done for recovery today), but I wanted to make this thread for general heroic acts, ED-related or otherwise. It's GSA, so I guess for specifics that could be triggering use a hide box. Fire Away! OhWait, I'm gonna go first. I made a thread in Moving Forward declaring my commitment to recovery. And yesterday I cooked and ate a most delightful pasta bake :) Also, srs bsns :p |

I am however plotting my heroics for the week, which will be to go to my CPN appointment, as I am now getting to the time that I usually give up on support |

Tomorrow's hero points (Am I ripping off the 'goals for today' thread, here? Sorry, Jodie!) will be gained by getting up at a reasonable time, doing my physio-yoga-supposedly-help-my-muscles stretches and going out into town, eating sensibly (I will be eating a meal in public) and having a Conversation that may be difficult. Also, I am going to buy stickers tomorrow :3 |
