Tomorrow it'll be six years since it first started. I've been doing well recently, and I'm scared this is going to **** everything up. I feel like I'm being possessed by numbers and events that I can't forget.

I'm sorry to hear you've faced six years of pain. You say you've been doing well recently, that's great! What do you think has been helping you? Maybe you can try and increase any useful supports our strategies you have over the next while to keep you doing okay.

I'm doing an acting course which has been helping me a lot, but, unfortunately, I have most of this week off.

Can you get involved in some activities to help keep yourself busy?

I went out today, but I don't know what I can do now as I have no money.
