Feeling really desperate
 

I am really struggling at the moment i took a overdose on Thursday and was in hospital till Friday evening i have been really down and suicidal lately and I just wanted to stop the pain inside I have been self harming a lot lately just feel so low I have a mental health worker and she is really good and she is calling me today and seeing me Friday I have been having trauma counselling and am stopping my counselling because it is making things worse just don't think counselling is quite right for me at the moment

I'm sorry things are so hard for you right now. I'm glad that you get on well with your mental health worker, how did it go today? I hope that you can work out a way forward that is less painful.

Been a bad day took another overdose was in hospital didn't need treatment so was discharged feeling a bit better

I'm sorry you overdosed again. Have you been offered any additional support?

No I haven't but going to ask my worker for the crisis team

That sounds like a good plan. Is that the worker you're seeing tomorrow? I hope something useful can be put in place for you.

I asked my worker for the crisis team but they can't provide that at the moment still struggling a lot in a lot of emotional pain
