Hey...dont know whos around that i used to talk too. Was on here about 3/4months ago and have slipped into bad ways.

I feel awful today. I think I was putting my depression aside anticipating the trip then being on the trip. Now I feel like I just want to go hide in bed. But I know from experience that doing that will make things worse.

It is a good thing that I see my psychiatrist today. Then since I am out, i should be able to stop at the grocery store on the way home and get some milk and bread. When I am like this, it is too easy for me to get agoraphobic, afraid to go outside.

I'm a failure, keep letting everyone and me down.

Hi everyone, sorry I haven't been around for a while. Been busy doing college work.
I start college today, and my courses start tomorrow. I've had loads of catch up work to do...I'm taking second year sociology, and at the end of last year they did four weeks of second year work which I need to catch up on. I had four days to do four weeks worth of work, but I managed it!!

Hi all. Sorry I haven't been around much over the last few days .... busy with preparations for moving - and then I went and pulled a muscle in my back in a combination effort between ECT and carrying heavy items. Poot.

Just wanted to share my good news . . . as of 4pm this afternoon I reached two weeks SI free. I think it's party time for anyone else who wants to celebrate reaching any length of time free. So please feel free to join me in celebration.
