How frustrating Buttons.

I hate it when they put ugly ties on plants. I'd be tempted to take it off but be careful in case the plaited bit starts to pull apart but it doesn't look like it will.

Mine was like that at times too! I think I've gotten far too emotionally involved in it...

An interesting plant there! predogs I had a yukka (spell?) plant which was my Life, and used to love having bonsais but with a dog that can reach nigh on everywhere can't risk real plants anymore :(

I read HP books before they were cool as well Beckie *preens* but like you took me a while to get into GOT, once I did I was hooked. I've given up on the books though, it's a very rare (if ever) event where the TV series is better than the books

I wasn't out in it thankfully but it gave me a bad sinus headache!

I feel so uncool compared to you guys... *sob*


Sinus headaches are awful =/ Rain just makes my hayfever worse for some reason (sneezing, itchy watery eyes, etc)

I know.. my eyes went all blurry it was horrid. Sorry it makes your hayfever worse.

People always say rain is good for hayfever because it flattens all the pollen to the floor but it seems to make mine worse! Not that it's very bad anyway.

It gave me some pretty explosive sneezes last night!

Yes the pollen is really high at the moment anyway!

I'd rather have rain and hayfever than scorching sunshine.

I got all the allergies in my family! Grown out of a lot of them now though which is good.

Oh, poor you! I'm glad they're not as bad as they were. I have a friend who is anaphylatic-level allergic to strawberries... He calls them death fruit.

I never had anything that bad. Random bits of my face used to swell up though!

I know! He was my housemate for a whole which meant no having anything strawberry in the house. Now I live on my own I can have all the strawberry stuff I like.

Swollen face does not sound fun.

Noo it was not fun. It hurt and quite often would only be half of one of my lips so I'd look absolutely ridiculous going into work. =/

Well so far today I have had strawberry granola and strawberry sandwich biscuits, so you may have a point! I don't generally eat tons of strawberry stuff, it's just when you're avoiding it like the plague you notice the things it is in more!

He couldn't even sit in the canteen when it was lunch time
He had to sit in a separate room
Must have been awful for him!

I'm sensitive to many things but thankfully don't have any full on allergies. Except hay fever.

I don't think I've had any random swellings or waking up covered in hives for more than 10 years now. It just suddenly stopped happening!

I do sometimes wonder about him and if he grew out of it!
