It's been almost 4 years since I was on meds, and just like that I've travelled back in mind time and I'm back on the meds.

It doesn't matter how hard you try to adult, it'll chip away for ad long as it takes and then it'll best you. :crying:

I don't think meds have to be a step backwards. If taking care of your needs in the moment means taking medication, that's a really brave and positive step that you are making. I'm sorry you're struggling so much currently. Did you get offered any other support along with the medication?
