Think I am addicted
 

After I hurt myself last night, I hurt myself earlier today earlier, and have continued wanting to. Before I'd only hurt myself every few days or weeks. I can't seem to stop even though I want to. My legs are a bruised mess.

I'm sorry things are so difficult for you right now.

Self harm can be a vicious cycle of addiction and one that is hard to break, as I'm sure you know.

Do you think there is anything else that might help you when you have the urges to harm yourself?
