I dont want to be hungry
 

Recently I stoped eating the normale almount and started to eat a very low almount of cals a day and exursicing ive done this on and off for a long time. I but I cant seem to stop eating anymore. I keep eating. I. Dont. Want. To. When I eat I thorow it back up becuase I feel guilty. Im just fat and I dont want to be anymore

Hunger is a human state, unfortunately, and not to be avoided. Usually there are feelings beneath that that we try to numb or avoid...

Its been going on and off since I was eight or so

When I was younger I was in gymnastics and was at a healthy weight but I wanted to be as small as the other girls so I begain to stop eating

And now?

I reached a very high weight and took a hard look in the mirror

Can you speak to your doctor about healthy ways to lose weight, if you are overweight?

My docter has been very happy with my rapid weight loss im down to a okag weight but still hate my body and the numbers

Does your doctor know HOW you lost the weight so fast though?
