I have just had an email from letting agent.
The landlord is increasing my rent AGAIN!!
It's getting ridiculous now.
They said it's a 'small increase'
Well it may be small to them, but to someone on benefits it makes a HUGE difference to have that much extra going out a month.
I don't have a choice though.
I am not a happy Beckie.

Oh no!
I think mine has gone up, but I darn't check it against housing benefit to see the difference, so have just been paying the same. Clearly waiting for them to tell me I am in arrears is a better plan :-p

Hope you can still manage with the increase!

Although I am a massive hypocrite because I may have done the exact same thing in my last place :whistling:

I should be able to manage. Thank God I don't smoke anymore because I don't think I would have been able to do it otherwise!

I've got savings so it doesn't matter too much. I just like to make a stand against these things and rebel for a while :-p

Definitely a very good reason to stay smoke free :-)

Letting agent just called to confirm im ok with the increase. She's gonna send out a new contract.
I hate going through contracts! I always miss at least 2 places im meant to sign because you have to sign sooo many times!!!

They literally taste like cherry bakewells just in alpen bar form, so don't have the same texture.
