It really is! I'm trying to put it from my head but it's hard to shift.

When im really stressed about stuff, I just try and remind myself that stressing will do nothing to help.
What will happen will happen and stressing isn't going to make money appear or whatever.
So that's how I chill myself out!

I had a good day, had lunch with my dad, got a massage for first time, although did just get home to find contents of my fridge include mouldy cheese and out of date yogurt, on the bright side this now necessitates a take away as I have no other options-nommy, although I doubt my bank balance is going to look so good when I check it tomorrow :S
