What are you up to?

I’m not doing much. Struggling with depression, so I’ve not been able to do much, but I managed to wash my hair, shower and get to the shop, so a big improvement from last few days.

I bought diet irn bru and some crisps as a wee treat. Tomorrow I’ll try getting out further afield, since the shop was so close to my flat.

I'm sorry about the depression lovely, I know how difficult that makes things so well done for what you've achieved today. You've done really well.

I've done the phone call so I feel a lot calmer now.
