11:41 p.m. how about for you?

4.43 am. i'm unlikely to sleep i slept all last night and most of the day, until the crisis team knocked on my front door.
i needed the sleep though, I have bad insomnia so I hardly sleep and then crash like that once every few weeks

I've got the opposite of insomnia. I sleep 12 hours like, every night. But, it means I miss my morning classes. If I wanted to sleep 12 hours and make it to my morning classes I would have to go to bed at 8. But I can never fall asleep until 1 or 2 a.m. It's good that you got a lot of sleep though! I mean, that you caught up on it.

I'm alright thanks Mark. Today is turning out to be one of those days *sigh* but on the upside, I just saw some snow! I'm glad you're alright :)

euuugh feel awfull today. first day back on antidepressents (sertraline) feel so groggy having not great gastro side effects and just feel a bit spaced. its difficut though as im having ED issues at the moment so i could be a combination of both thats making me feel so cr*ppy. i hope they go away soon and it starts to help. how is everyone else this afternoon?

Oh we got quite a lot here in South Wales , Powys , the county I live in was the coldest place in the UK last night , apparently it hit minus 17'C Yikes!

I hate the snow. There is quite a bit here and i'm dreading clearing my car tomorrow morning.
