A short poem i wrote for my grandads funeral, thought i would share it...

Still,
the sun shines,
the moon glows,
the stars sparkle,
the wind blows,
still
the rain falls,
the rivers flow,
the mountains tower,
the
flowers grow,
still
the tears fall,
the heart yearns,
the people cry,
the sorrow burns -
but do not mourn,
do not cry,
i am not gone,
i did not die,
i am the blood within your veins,
i am the easer of your pain,
i am the voice that lingers on
and in your heart i will always go on...

very beautiful and touching, sure your Granddad appreciates every word, I'm actually going to my grandfather's funeral in an hour. I wrote a poem, too. So, I know how important that was to you... it truly is the best form of commeration, I think. please take care, and stay safe during this the toughest of times...
