Being OD free
 

I thought to make a new thread because in my mind it's a different thing to cutting and also it's a different timescale.

Basically I am trying to be a year OD free. I just checked my pm box and I sent a pm on the 10th asking for advice regarding an OD to animad so I am counting that date.

I feel much stronger emotionally this year than last year but still encouragement would be much appreciated.

I was bidding on something on ebay but I got outbid and the only other listings are overpriced (more than double what I bid). So I have to think what else to buy.

Well I bought a record player to reward myself in the end.

Anyway I am posting this because today's the 10th and I am another month free of OD.
