Jocelyn tried to make one ages ago with the slimming world recipe and it just tastes like egg. It's awful.

I love lemon cake. Yum! All this talk is making me hungry. I better go out to the shop. Might need to shop for sister too since she's ill at the moment. Catch you guys later.

I made slimming world chocolate and apricot brownies and they were tasty!
And the cheesecake was nice too!
But yeah, its a bit hit and miss with the slimming world cake recipes!

I made slimming world chocolate brownies and they had a strange aftertaste.
Might have been the sweetener I used though.

Hope shopping goes well Lorraine :)

Slimming world cakes don't sound very promising!

My consultant has a bad habit of saying 'It tastes just like the real thing' and I'm like 'um, no it doesn't'. I've openly fought her on that statement a few times too lol

Cacoethes 24-09-2017 04:08 PM

They alwyas go on about how they 'taste like the real thing!!'
Like **** do they!!

[Luna] 24-09-2017 04:11 PM

Like when she claimed roasted chickpeas tasted 'just like' peanuts.
Are you high?

Cacoethes 24-09-2017 04:13 PM

That's just mental!!!

Cacoethes 24-09-2017 06:16 PM

Suddenly very quiet in here!

Um what else can we discuss? To quote casualty, perhaps what kind of sandwhich we would be? :P

Cacoethes 24-09-2017 06:34 PM

Haha!
Those two old ladies were #goals
:p

Cool as cucumber sandwhiches :P

Cacoethes 24-09-2017 06:50 PM

Indeed!!

My favourite sandwich is houmous and olive.
Or cheese and marmite!!

Buttons. 24-09-2017 06:55 PM

Mine is ironically cucumber (with salt) :P

Cacoethes 24-09-2017 06:59 PM

I like cucumber in a sandwich with cream cheese but not so much just cucumber!
And idk why, but it seems like a 'summer' sandwich!

Maybe because it's quite light? I'm much more likely to crave cheese on toast in Winter!

Cacoethes 24-09-2017 07:08 PM

Ooooo cheese on toast is a win!!!
I haven't had one in forever!

Buttons. 24-09-2017 07:28 PM

Maybe have it as a treat sometime this week or next.
