Sleeping woes :(

I went to sleep quite early for me, about 11pm, but woke up at about 3.30am and am still awake now, wish i could go back to sleep for a couple of hours.

i'm in the same boat ~ managed to get about an hours sleep at 11pm and have been awake since, i should be used to it, been the same for about 10 yrs now :ermm:

Does sleeping on average 3-4 hours a night for years qualify as an insomniac? It's 13.32 and the middle of the day where I am now, so I guess I have no buisness being in this thread right now, but hey.
