Hi!

I'm approaching 49, and am doing slightly better. I got put on anti-psychotics, which make all the difference, particularly for the EUPD.
Except for the restless legs.... but the ED service psychiatrist is looking in depth at reviewing my medication, so.

I go to a weekly writing group run by a charity focusing on MH etc, and also have been to some Recovery College courses run by my local mental health teams.

My focus and concentration aren't great, but I am glad to be back and hope I can help some folks while I'm here.
