i'm not doing too well at the moment.
we had a trip to the hospital last night - we left before i saw anyone from psych through. that was because they kept shoving people in the list before me though. i hate the system here. we went up by ambulance and i didn't even speak to the triage nurse before we left ... and that was over 3 fricking hours later. people who came in long after us were seen before us && that was fricking annoying. especially the teenager that was playing the system for attention - honestly she was openly loving the attention from the cops and using the time to play on her mobile and so forth. fricking frustrating... :-(

Well I went to the party, I was fine once I got a few drinks down me, even managed to go over to his table and say hello to my dad and little brothers.

I feel like everyone is getting on with their lives and Depression and Self Injury are keeping me stuck , getting really quite low :(
