I hurt Neck/Right Shoulder
 

I did this by carry too much too far for too long.
It feels really tight in my neck and graduates into a very uncomfy shoulder but all feels that it is Connected.

I just bit the bullet and took my last OTC Paracetemol and Codeine Pill with 1 Dispersible Paracetemol .

I don't know really what to do , I'm not registered in this town's GP Surgery so can't call in on them. The Nearest Hospital is over an Hour away by Bus . I can't Anxiety do Public transport and even if I could there's no way I'd make the last bus home.
So is the best approach just to tough it out?

A pharmacist might be your next best option.

Take care when taking different medications containing paracetamol that the total dose doesn't exceed the recommend paracetamol dose.

I was careful with the Paracetamol dose.

If you want to see a GP, you should be able to register as a temporary patient at the GP surgery you mentioned.
