Thanks. I am about 100 pages from the end of Tess of the D'Urbervilles which I will finish tomorrow and which I hope will have a happier ending as it has been quite sorrowful then I will start it.

I joined the library a few weeks ago, I used to always be a member until I moved here a few years ago. I had forgotten how nice the experience of browsing etc were - picked up a couple of history books aswell whilst I was there.

Libraries are awesome! [But then I'm kind of biased!]

I've finally gotten started on Anna Karenina. I've had it for about a year...

Next up: Titus Groan by Mervyn Peake. My English teacher recommended the Gormenghast trilogy, reckons I'd like it.

I a new russian dwarf hamster today and one of the 1st names I thought of was Anna due to Anna Karenina. I haven't managed to read it all through, that should go on my list also.

There was a big trend with the Gormenghast trilogy a few years back but I never tried.

I really need to make a list as I am reading quite a bit right now being off work and people keep mentioning books that I have wanted to read at various points.

I read that two years ago and thought it was amazing. It's probably one of my favourites. I took me a little while to get into it but once I did I was hooked.

The Mortal Instruments Book 3: City of Glass by Cassandra Clare...finally :D

Had a bit of a reading spurt this week.

I finished Tess of the D'Urbervilles - great book but quite sad.

I read Hannibal's Rising, which was ok and an easy read but not exactly gripping as I expected.

I've read Flowers in the Attic, which was recommended on here and now I want to read the next one, I think it is Petals...or something.

Now I am about 1/2 way through a book on Cartimandua, Queen of the Brigantes.

I started the first Harry Potter book today for my children's lit class and also As You Like It by Shakespeare for my other English module.

"The Sex Diaries" by Bettina Arndt. I had to get it because I needed a book to complete my 3 for 2 deal and it was pink. It's surprisingly interesting though.
