I've lived with some great people as well.
Made lifelong friends in one of the places!
This place was in a very posh area though and the violent ones were in crap areas.
Shouldn't really make a difference but it did!

It can depend where you live too, I live in a city, most cities have problems, but I found a place to live that's quiet, well away from the city busy pubs & nightclubs & areas that are a bit 'dodgy'. There's a big police station up the road & I often see police cars with sirens on going into the city centre, & there's a big police station in the city centre, but I've never seen police cars with sirens on coming away from the city centre.

That's good!

There's nothing on tv tonight!

Cpt_Stunning 20-09-2017 08:06 PM

I don't have a TV, watch stuff on BBC I-Player. You can watch everything that's been on BBC over the last week.

Tv is rubbish. I'm deciding what to watch on Netflix, as per usual. I'm very indecisive. Maybe I should write or draw.

Cacoethes 20-09-2017 08:15 PM

BBC iplayer is great!

Im just half watching random things.
Need to get an early night.
Have to get up at 6:30am D:

Sketchy 20-09-2017 08:16 PM

That's an early start. I guess you'll be going to your bed early tonight.

Are you enjoying college?

Cacoethes 20-09-2017 08:21 PM

Yep hopefully!

College is ok. We're just doing study skills this week and next week so its a bit tedious and a lot to take in but I'm making friends and getting used to it all so I'm excited to start properly!

Sketchy 20-09-2017 08:24 PM

These things are always slow in starting before you get right into it. It's good you are making friends. Will you be sent on any placements with this course?

Cacoethes 20-09-2017 08:28 PM

No placements. Although you can organise work experience if you want.
I might try and do one, depending on how much work I have!

Sketchy 20-09-2017 08:30 PM

My sister mentors people on placement so if you do work experience and need advice I can ask her. She's alway happy to share her nursing experience.

Cacoethes 20-09-2017 08:35 PM

Ooo thank you! That would be helpful!

Cpt_Stunning 20-09-2017 08:38 PM

Oh well egg on toast then bed.

Cacoethes 20-09-2017 08:40 PM

Egg on toast is a great meal!

My carer still hasn't turned up.
Was meant to be 7:30 :/

Sketchy 20-09-2017 08:42 PM

No problem. She's always happy to help.

Egg on toast sounds yummy.

Does that mean your career won't turn up? It's getting rather late.

Cacoethes 20-09-2017 08:44 PM

She still might.
They've been known to come as late as 9:30!
Its not their fault though.
It just depends on what happens on their calls before mine.

Sketchy 20-09-2017 08:45 PM

That's a shame, because you'll be wanting an early night for tomorrow.

Cacoethes 20-09-2017 08:59 PM

Carer has just left so thats good.
Apparently things have been a bit mental!

Sketchy 20-09-2017 09:02 PM

That's good.

I'm going to go for a bath with a lovely bath bomb. I'm very shaky and hope it will calm me down.

not_so_insig 20-09-2017 09:06 PM
